1. Services

We provide premium automotive services including paint protection film (PPF), window tint, vehicle wraps, ceramic coating, collision repair, and custom interiors. Specific services, materials, and pricing are confirmed at the time of estimate.

2. Quotes & Estimates

Quotes are provided in good faith based on the information you supply. Final pricing may change once we physically inspect your vehicle and confirm scope. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

3. Appointments, Drop-Off & Pickup

• Appointments are scheduled in advance and confirmed by phone, email, or SMS.
• We ask that vehicles arrive clean to allow the best installation.
• Pickup must occur within the agreed-upon timeframe; storage fees may apply for unclaimed vehicles.

4. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements are made. We accept credit/debit cards, cash, and approved financing.

5. Warranty & Limitations

Manufacturer warranties (such as Ceramic Pro Elite Dealer warranties) apply to the products we install and are administered by the product manufacturer. Workmanship warranties are provided as described in your service agreement. We are not responsible for pre-existing defects, damage from improper after-care, accident damage, or normal wear and tear.

6. Insurance Claims

For collision and paint/body work, we will assist with documentation but we do not represent your insurance company. You remain responsible for your deductible and any non-covered charges.

7. Communications & SMS Consent

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive calls and text messages from F1 Houston regarding your service, including appointment confirmations, estimates, updates, support, and marketing communications.

8. Website Use
